135 days later..
Today is day 135 of my new journey in life. A journey where I am living healthily (is that a word?) and I am still in shock that I have come this far. I am tearing up right now writing this. I have come SOOOOO FAR. As of the last time I checked (a few days ago) I am officially 65 pounds lighter, my BMI has dropped by over 8 whole points, my blood pressure is on point, and I have lost 3 pant sizes....
The principle is competing against yourself. It’s about self-improvement, about being better than you were the day before
