Color run!
Yesterday was the 5k Color Run and I had a BLASSSTTT!!! I have always wanted to do at least a half marathon one day! a 5k is about 10 miles less than a half marathon but is the PERFECT WAY to ease your way into half marathons! Today was the best day that I’ve had on a PERSONAL level this year!! It’s been an EXTREMELY tough journey these past 9 months, especially the latter part! I felt broken down but honestly now I feel the BEST I have felt in a good while!! ANYTHING is possible when I am on my own side and being MY OWN best ally! This is something I HAVE FINALLY LEARNED!
